Ordering Tyres with Wheelcraft
We have tailored our ordering process to keep it as simple and as effective as possible. Please feel free to search for the tyres YOU are looking for, safe in the knowledge that payment will only be taken once your tyres are fitted, and no sooner. Everyone here at Wheelcraft pride ourselves on complete customer satisfaction.
1./ Use the SEARCH bar in the top right of the menu to search by registration number. If you don't know your registration, don't worry. Enter the size of the tyre you are looking for in the drop down box on the right.
2./ Find the tyre you are looking for, and SELECT THE QUANTITY you require for your vehicle. The prices on screen are the final prices, with no hidden extras. Full tyre labelling information is available here, to help you with find the right tyres for you. Do remember that your car may have different sizes on the front and rear axel. Please make sure that your sizes of tyres you need are correct.
3./ Once you are happy with your order, please CONFIRM THE BOOKING. Payment will only ever be taken once the tyres have been fitted, and you are totally satisfied with the work we have done on your vehicle.
4./ After confirmation, we ask of a few CONTACT DETAILS from you. These would be an e-mail address and a SMS mobile number. Having this is key to us contacting you with confirmation, any issues, and also us letting you when we are ready for your vehicle.
5./ Finally, COMPLETE THE BOOKING. We will arrange for your tyres to be with us at your booking slot, and we look forward to your visit.
